Adam founded Adam Bray & Associates Pty Ltd in 1998 and now holds the position of Managing Director. Since this time he has gained a vast amount of experience in both business and the taxation system alike. Adam is dedicated to getting the best results for his client by getting to know his clients needs and goals for their future prosperity. He believes in the importance of providing relevant & accurate advice to ensure the success of his clients. As a registered tax agent with the over 20 years of experience in Accountancy and Taxation industry Adam oversees all facets of the accounting process from the preparation of your individual return through to preparation of complex financial accounts for all entity structures including SMSF.

Peter’s private practice ,Hansel Accounting & Taxation Services Pty Ltd merged with Adam Bray & Associates Pty Ltd in 2015. This was after being in private practice for over 30 years. Prior to that Peter was with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for 10 years in various technical and compliance roles. Peter’s experience and training whilst with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has proved over the years to be a valuable asset in his role as a Registered Tax Agent.
Peter considers himself fortunate to be able to continue his profession, now concentrating on Salary and Wage Income Tax returns with Adam Bray & Associates Pty Ltd. Peter enjoys providing assistance to clients and other staff members with his experience and knowledge and will continue to do so in the future.
After completing her degree Annette studied further to enable her registration as a Registered Tax Agent after marrying her husband, Peter. After which she joined her husband in his practice as an Accountant. She has from 1 July 2015 joined Adam Bray & Associates in a Accountant role.
This role replicates her previous responsibilities of preparing Business Activity Statements, Installment Activity Statements, Individual, Business, Company and Self Managed Superannuation Fund financial statements and income tax returns for clients.
Michelle joined Adam Bray & Associates Pty Ltd in 2009. In 2001 Michelle successfully completed her Advanced Diploma Of Accounting and has worked in the Accounting and Taxation industry for 18 years. As an accountant Michelle is responsible for the preparation of a number of individual, partnership, company and superannuation fund financial statements along with their respective Income taxation returns. Michelle also has sound knowledge in the preparation of Business Activity Statement and Instalment Activity Statements.
Michelle is able to offer our clients support and guidance in Banklink, MYOB, Xero and Cashflow Manager where she also provides onsite bookkeeping services and training to various existing clients.
Jack has been working at Adam Bray & Associates since 2015 as a full time accountant. He completed his studies attaining a Bachelor of Business with a major in accounting and taxation law at the University of Technology Sydney. His role at the firm varies from financial statements and tax return preparation for all entity structures including SMSF, business services such as Company Formations, ATO registrations and compliance and BAS. Jack lives in the Sutherland shire and in his spare time he loves going out to watch live sporting events.
Sharon has been working for Adam Bray & Associates since 2011. She completed her Certificate IV in Customer service and started working as the receptionist, since then she has been promoted to Adam’s Personal Assistant. Her experience in office administration has enabled her to hone her skills as an organised, responsible multi-tasker who thankfully thrives in a busy and dynamic environment. As well as working at Adam Bray & Associates Sharon is currently studying a Certificate 4 in Bookkeeping. In her precious and sometimes limited spare time Sharon is always kept busy chasing around after her 3 children and her husband.
Bria has been working as a Receptionist for Adam Bray & Associates for over 1 year. She recently completed the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and she is currently completing a Certificate IV in Business Management. Her role involves greeting all clients and the general public both in person and over the phone, answering and referring all enquiries whilst also providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to all accountants. This role has allowed Bria to become proficient in multitasking and customer service and also developing her organizational skills. She loves working efficiently in an energetic and busy environment and when I'm not at work Bria enjoys going to the beach, skiing and reading.
